frustrated :(

i promised myself id star starvation for a long long time
i did so well, i didnt eat all day
parets were out tonight so i had the opportunity not to eat and get away with it
then in one split second i had the urge to binge so i did
then purged for about half an hour
now im sore, cross, frustrated, sad and still fat

il start tomorow.... promise :(

that happens to me too...i had the same opportunity that you had, my parents were out and i was home alone...i was so happy that i could fast with anyone knowing...but i couldnt do it and just b/p...
i dont have enough self control! i need to impove it but i just dont know how...we can think of a solution togheter =)

i'm exactly the same! i literally have no self control, its like when i binge i have someone posessing me
and i feel sooooooo horrible after :(
