As a few of you know I have a daughter. (Yes I know i am young)
Well today we baked cookies and muffins and spent time together which we don't get to do alot.
It was an utter disaster. I have never been that hungry in my life.
I couldn't b/p in front of her though because she is 5 now and kids catch on to those things.
It was very frustrating. So I sent her back to her grandmas (where she is living right now) and cooked dinner.
I still feel like a failure. So I cut. I know it wasn't a good decission but it was already made.
The biggest question I have for you all is how do you control yourselves. I understand how hard it is but what do you think of on those few occasions when you stop. When you don't binge.
I just need some advice.

What I usually do to try to control my binges is just grab a piece of fruit and turn all of my attention to it. I think to myself, wow this tastes really good, I don't want to eat anything else right now besides this apple (banana, peach, whatever it may be) Sometimes I can actually walk away eating the fruit and feel fine, other times I still feel that I need to binge and can't suppress it so I have to let myself. The fruit thing works very well for me- it stops me from binging and it's healthy!
