So here i am again... i'm back. my highest weight was 234 pounds size 16-18 jeans and i lost :D68 pounds before my high school senior prom. It was allot of hard work but i did it! When i went off to college i just ate and never gained weight, so i kind of stopped watching what i ate and in a year away at college i gained :o20.5 pounds! Now i weight 186.5 and it sucks soo bad my size 8 jeans are so tight and i am no longer toned i feel so fat and everyone around me is like i don't notice the 20pounds...well i DO and so does the scale. So singed up at the YMCA and singed up for a :DFREE:D "12 week Turnaround" with a personal trainer, i start today! So excited!

awe thanks you are really sweet:) its so hard though i when to the gym and the scale over there said that my weight was 179 pounds and that my BMI was 36.8!!!:eek:i was shocked. Good luck and all the best to you too:D

Good luck losing weight. Remember u lost a lot of weight once, and u can do it again. I see u got urself a personal trainer to give u a hand aswell. Just eat a healthy 1,2k-1,5k kcals per day, spread over 3-6 meals and u should be fine :) Guess its all a matter of getting the ""first"" pound off again. Wich will usually give a huge motivation boost :P
