i'm hoping someone can tell me the answer to this. why is it so hard to purge bread? and honestly i find it completely unfair since (from my own experience and others) bread is a common binge food and also one of the hardest things to purge (UNFAIR). so can someone please try and tell me why the hell its so hard to purge?
:mad:Sorry, dont know...but yes, it is common, I had a bad evening, and ended up doing just that -bread- :-( after that I was so in rage that it didnt work, I threw the rest I had in the trash, and other binge things...

I think bread is pretty hard to purge since its pretty dense, and heavy weighted. I know i had issues getting it up aswell.

It's kind of easy for me. Of course I don't get a lot of it up

i find with denser substances, such as bread. . .that you need to chew it more! and then if you drink a glass or two of water, and wait half an hour or so for it to be broken down a little in the stomach, then it will come up easier. and dont worry about more calories being 'digested' and absorbed in that half an hour, load of rubbish! takes a good couple of hours ATLEAST for food to move into your intestine! xx

Guess chewing makes it a lot easier. However when binging things usually dont get chewn on too much ąP
yeah, that is exactly what I was gonna add, I tend to just gobble, sometimes not even really chewing and I cant make myself eat slower....

Guess thats what makes cereal, icecream and porridge and all favourite binge foods, they dont need to be chewn haha.
Oh, i hate purging bread too, but I usually drink alot of water because it acts as sort of a lubricant for me (:
