i know i'm not fat, but i know i'm not skinny either. i have a ton of muscle on my legs and arms (which i hate) although i do have a little bit of fat overlapping the muscle.
i'm 5'2'' and weigh about ***edit**lb.

here's the thing, i want to get rid of at least ***edit**% of my muscle, and that would probably equal around 20 lb. throughout my entire body
and i want to get rid of all of my body fat, which would only equal to around 10 lb.
which would bring me to a goal weight of about 90 lb.

anyway, i've tried diets and such things before, and none of them work. the only thing that was effective was whenever i ***edit**
i hear it's a lot easier to fast when you're exchanging stories/tips/etc with someone else. plus, support is always a plus.
any takers? it would be greatly appreciated.

Heya :)
I cant say ***edit**
its sounds ironic, but have you thought of stopping exercising? Its wier, as soon as i stopped exercising i lost all of my muscle (i was eating v low cal at the time).. then when it all went i started doing light training again..
some people have that help, problem is is that a lots of people start eating more when they stop training..
hope this helps!:)

Hey blueberry,

***edit** What exactly did you allow yourself to eat? I was thinking of just ***edit** but I know I'll get really bored with that. Also a slight variety might make me a little more healthy!

Congradulations on reaching your goal weight by the way!
