[Chew] Persistent Uncontrollable Upper Arm Spasms / Twitches - What Should I Do?

They seem to come on randomly and then that around 5 minutes at about 5 - 6 twitches a second, I don't understand what is happening & I don't know where to go to stop it.

It doesn't hurt but it can be very annoying when I am busy doing somthing.

I've heard that lack of nutrients sometimes causes muscle spasms. maybe try taking a multivitamin? that's really the only thing that comes to mind at the moment.

My doctor said that it fat turning into something I don't remember what he said but I know I am not lacking anything. Sometimes i get the spasms on my hand
