Just wondering what music people listen to to help pump them up when working out or running. (:
I usually do interval training (sprint for a short time, then a recovery period at a slow jog, then repeating the whole cycle of sprinting and jogging) so I have both fast-paced and slower songs.
Some of the faster-paced songs I like to listen to when running are:
Let It Rock - Kevin Rudolf ft. Lil Wayne
How Far We've Come - Matchbox Twenty
Top of the World - The Juliana Theory
Viva la Vida - Coldplay
First Date - Blink 182
Pump It - Black Eyed Peas
Move Along - All American Rejects
I Do Not Hook Up - Kelly Clarkson
Semi-Charmed Life - Third Eye Blind
Fire Burning - Sean Kingston
And some of the slower-paced songs are:
The Climb - Miley Cyrus
I'm Yours - Jason Mraz
