I think these would be good additions. I'm guessing the guys feel horribly outnumbered here and their gender adds an extra layer of complication to any eating disorder they might have, they might like a place to talk to other males in the same boat (hope I'm not being presumptuous). As for the over 20s, their experience is different to that of a teenager in some ways like the likelihood of coping with employment, marriage, kids etc with an ED. And you see a lot of threads in the intro section where someone in their 20s or older is worried they won't be able to fit in here. Also, while of course there's a lot of very mature and articulate young uns here, it would be nice to have a forum where a certain level of shared life experience and emotional maturity could be presumed. Just throwing those two ideas out there.

cause we have quite a few guys here and a lot of 16 year olds! haha
so a special place for over 20 and for males would be awesome!!!!

I'd join the one for 20 plus. I'm 31 and it's hard to find others my age.

There would be no way to regulate this though... there is no option to say only age so and so can post/view...

I don't think we would have to be so worried about regulating it. I wouldn't mind if other people posted on it. I think it would just be easier to find similar people.

true...and i dont think that it would be fair/should only be for those people so i wouldn't mind others posting!
i jus think it would be good for support in a way.

i do however love everyone on here and like how diverse we are but still am liking the idea!

i am confused do you guys need a forum created for males only over 20 or everyone over 20 ?

We were thinking of having an all male forum/thread and an over 20 forum/thread (two seperate ones).
