To see why I'm so tired all the time. Idk if it's because my low cal intake but I have been eating for the past three days. Maybe like around a thousand cals a day or more.
She's ganna make them draw blood and see why I'm so tired. Is there a way I can keep them from finding about my ED? What about me purging? Is there a way I can cover that up?

If you're tried even though you're eating 1000+ cals, then there might be some other issue like anemia (iron deficiency) which should be taken care of.

So you don't have to tell them you have an ed or anything like that, and I'm sure that they won't ask about it if you're BMI is still above 18.

Tiredness can be from low zinc or iron. Take a few iron/zinc/multivitamin tablets next time and see if that feels better?

i was a cross-country and track runner in college, and our coach made us get our iron levels tested every couple of months. mine was super low, which is why i was chronically fatigued. if you start taking iron supplements, it will REALLY help after a week or so.

i hope you don't have mono by the way :-(

I had the exact same thing. I told the doc I couldn't fall asleep even when I'm really tired. Which is true. And she said I should talk to a psychiatrist because she didn't want to prescribe me any sleeping pills since I'm still "such a young girl." Haven't made an appointment yet. And later, when I'd left eh office, she told my mom I might need anti-depressants.

As for them finding out... She only asked me how my eating was like and I said the usual. No breakfast, which isn't so odd if your whole family doesn't eat breakfast but nothing else.

Oh, and my iron levels are low. They were below 100 a month ago and now they're kinda 109... She said that at 109 I shouldn't feel THAT tired. That 50 or 60 is when people get extremely fatigued.

Don't really have any good advice, I suppose, but hope that helped to some extent.

You said you purge right ? could be hypokamlemia that causes tiredness and other symptoms. Low potassium or other minerals e.g. magnesium could be the cause. If your purging a lot try make sure you replace fluids and minerals as if you dont it will show on blood tests and doc could pick up on ED

eat some bananas, tomatoes, orange juice and drink some electrolyte drinks
