Any tricks on throwing up?

I have to use my stumich to throw up because I can't stick anything down my throat and throw up. And I can hardly get anything up using my stumich and it takes a LONG time to get just half of the stuff up.
Is there any home medies I can use to puke? Like mixing something up and drinking it?
I've tried drinking lots of water before throwing but it won't work.

I heard peroxide makes you vomit. Would it work and if it does, how much would I have to swallow? And how long would it take?

Amywarren, I do not "recommend" using any "chemicals", to be honest I also dont know that much...I know I posted about how I try not give ed advice, but to be honest again, I use two fingers, and that always works for me, even if others say they loose their gag reflex over time, Ive been doing it long enough...:-(

U could try grabbing a small glass of water. Add about 50 grams of salt. Steer it. Then drink it fast. It tastes so disgusting and makes my stomach turn around

Thanks guys. I know that I shouldn't use cemichals but I have tried the figer thing as well as a tooth brush and the salt water. All it did was made my stumich upset but I didn't throw up at all

It needs "practice"... so try whatever people tell u, I am just so scared of messing up my elctrolytes.. but I hasd heart surgery, so it really may be different for me... lol
