Haha I have been eating a diet that consists alot of cheese and its been great.
I eat less than an oz portion of fatty cheese and I feel stuffed
and its great for shrinking your stomach and making people think you eat!

LOL yeah, no kidding. That ricotta and pumpkin recipe I posted made me STUFFED. I had it for breakfast and lunch today... MMMM.... I'm going to bake an acorn squash and try the recipe with that to see if it works just as well. Squash is so dang filling for the calories, I love it. It's my favorite thing about this time of year. Kinda makes the COLD worth it!

mmmh, cheese. Cheese is worth the lactose intolerance complications (at least to me).
