i've seen some other members do this, and i think it is a good idea.

right now my goal is to never exceed 1000 calories

to not eat any animal products (meat or dairy)

i'm not too worried about working out right now because i have a huge project going on that does involve physical activity (though not as good as working out but it still keeps me busy and not eating)

so for my first post today i would like to say wh00t!

morning weight: 164.2
calories consumed: 719
calories from fat: 140

Oh man, I haven't signed on in a week!

Update.

I'm attempting the master lemon cleanse.

6 to 12 8oz glasses of the lemonade
which is 8oz water, 2 tbsp grade b organic maple syrup, 2 tbsp fresh squeezed organic lemon juice, 1/10th tsp cayenne pepper

and a laxative tea am and pm

i'm using this chocolate tea that's kinda good but it smells weird cuz it has licorice in it.

and the lemonade is gross because i used those measurements in 16oz water i've had the correct measurements of lemon and syrup before and it's not bad. but i put way too much cayenne in it and it tore my stomach up for a few days so this is my second attempt! i'm only putting a pinch of cayenne in it

while i'm doing the cleanse i'm not going to weigh or measure, i'm just gonna focus on detoxing.

and this is my second day no smoking! :cool:
