Terrible lower back/knee pain

I've had both for 2 days. The pain has been so bad that I can barely move at all. Mostly in my left leg, the pain worsened today because of my period. I've had this pain before and it can get very frustrating! I can't exercise and I'm afraid that I might gain back all the weight I've lost. Anyone have any idea what is causing the lower back pain? I would go to the doctor but I have not insurance of any kind and no money so I can't.

Do you have a weak core? Did you do something to cause this pain? The knee pain is probably due to the back. How are you hips? Aligned? What did you do the couple of days leading up to this pain?

Sometimes right before and during your period your much more sensitive to pain.
I take glucosamine for my bones it's like a vitamin and it does help with the pain also if your not already taking a multi you should starrt
