I haven't eaten a thing since 3pm on Friday afternoon, and it is now 3.48am on Monday morning.
This means I haven't eaten for almost 61 hours ^^
I feel weak, but I actually don't have any hunger pains, and for once I actually don't want to eat anything at all.
I have a question though, how much longer can I keep this up without fainting?
:D

Wow! That's amazing!
Honestly, I'm surprised you haven't had fainting spells, yet, it probably depends on your height, weight, metabolism and activity level. I start getting faint and start dry heaving if I eat nothing for about 48 hours. At that point I have to eat at least a little bit of something.

That's great! I started fasting at 11 am Monday morning and it's now 3:30 am Tuesday morning! I'm hoping I can go at least 3 more days before anything bad happens.

i always fast for 3 days, and yes you do feel weak, but have u actually read up on fasts? they are really great for your body up to 10 days! the first three days are the hardest, and at this point ure body is eating mostly muscle, but then your body starts to convert fat stores for energy and u are now not hungry at all. this is the amazing part - then because ure body is no longer worrying about digestion, it starts to heal itself by eating away at baD toxic tissue, old scars, and heals any illnesses u may have!
u are suppose to remain fasting for as long as u arnt that hungry until your body hints that it wants something! and then really slowly ease back on because your body will store all the new food as quickly as possible. youve done soooo well, good luck! I wish one day i could make it through day 4!!

I love fasting. But it has to be the "right time". I have to feel ready and my body has to be ready. But when I'm ready, I know it and feel it and nothing nor no one can stop me.
But now is not the time... :(
