no choice/bloating??

the past few days iv had no choice but to eat and not purge, familyand friends are starting to get suspicious so i thought best to get them off my back if that makes sense.
I have however gained 3lb in about 3 days and this has sickened me! I know there is no way it will be gone tomoro no matter what, i must fast or b/p to get this off.
feel like such a failure when i see weight go on.........

I had also noticed before i stopped purging that i am bloated, my tummy area and i have also had some pain in my higher tummy, could be gas though (sorry for that info)

so has anyone got any tips? on the bloating more than anything?

its gonna take my all to get back onto this but i cannot allow myself to gain!!!

I'm bloated too...pretty sure it's gas
I read something up on the side effects of bulimia and that's one of them...usually from consuming a lot of food at one time.
But then I've also heard its because your electro-lights are all messed up and screwed up
It takes a LONG time for the bloating to go away after a couple days of purging, so don't freak (even though I know its hard to do because you know nothing is in your stomach)
sounds weird, but sometimes to make the bloating go down faster, it actually helps to eat small small things throughout the day...your tummy shrinks back ;)

my stomach is killing me right now because of the gas.
