is it normal to feel guilty after eating a slice of bread?

i usually only eat fruit and cereal...
...and the bread was white, thick-sliced =/

please let me know if anyone else gets this problem...:(

don't worry hun - that sort of thing makes me feel guilty allthe time, but don't worry about it - you'll be fine - you can make up for it later.guilt is really negative. try to let it go - easy for me to say i know lol. if you feel really bad, why not work out for a while? xxx

i can't really work out cos my mom'll know something's up. im been controlled by Ana for three years, i'm now seventeen, and mom can't stand me not eating...or getting obsessive.

um

i don't make myself sick either, i literally can't, i don't have a gag reflex for some reason...

i'll just stay away from the bread i guess..it's so hard though - when you haven't eaten much at all for weeks =[

it's strange, i despise food, but as a person i obv need it

rawr

thankyou anyways, do you understand? x

i was supposed to be ***edit**no probs. then had ***edit** last night. felt really really bad for a while, but ok about it now nearly. i don't really feel the same way about food as you - i don't hate food - i hate myself for giving into it. hope you feel better about that bread.... at least it wasn't a ***edit** xxx

Yeah I feel your pain. But look at the bright side, it takes about ***edit**....so its not all bad when something like that happens. Besides carbs (despite all the bad press) Are really not that bad for you, with out carbs you body really doesn't function well. Before my Dr. caught on to my ED she use to tell me that if I'm super busy and don't have time to eat at least through some saltines in my book bag so I can get the energy from the carbs.

Chin UP!!
