Yes, I have done it before. It's a little bit painful (obviously) But if you stick to low carb diet and exercise you should be pretty there in no time.
Here's an example of what I did...
Breakfast: Low fat yogurt and fruit (1 Apple cut up) and Green Tea
Lunch: 3 Hard Boiled eggs and Diet Coke for ex. energy
Dinner: Small chicken or Tuna salad (spinach leaves, tomato, onion and little avocado)
Exercise is going to be the key to your success with this weight loss: You need to be doing at least 2 intense work outs per week, (I chose spin class) and 2 runs/jogs (I chose to run on the beach for around 25-30 mins)
Depending on how fit you are perhaps you would want to do 2 x 45min walks instead of a run/jog.
Extra Tips:
*Make sure you keep up your water intake (Very important for the body) and is also effective for weight loss.
*Green Tea is very effective for kick starting metabolism, antioxidents, degestion and all round well being for the day (The list goes on)
*If you need to snack: Get almonds, they are the easiest lowest carb snack foods. Or eat fruit or veggies (no dips though with the veggies)
Stay away from:
Potato chips (All potatos)
Pasta
Rice
Bread
Milk
Cheese
Chocolate (all junk food)
Cereals
Dips
You get the idea...
Basically you want to lower your carb intake and up your protein, so you want to be sticking to fish, chicken, veggies, salad and fruit.
Hope this helps get you started! I have many more tips and tricks, let me know if you need anymore. :)
