I make whey smoothies for before I go to the gym, only thing that annoys me is I dont know how many cals I am consuming. I bought whey from my health foos shop, but it doesnt have cals or anything on it.

Does anyone know the calories for 1 tablespoon of plain, unflavoured whey?

It depends on the brand. Anywhere from 100-300 calories a serving depending on the brand. My recommendation is that if there are no nutritional values on the label anywhere then get a different brand. I though that was regulated now and was a requirement.

Oh, ok. In the US it is required to have nutrition info on stuff. If you send me a link to a picture of the product online or send the info about it (ie brand name, etc) I may be able to find the info in US for you. It would need to be GNC, or brand name, though as I am not sure if all the same brands in Australia are in USA.

it actually has no brand. all it says on the pack is:

WHEY POWDER
Product of Australia
Use by: Date Pkd:
Net Wt: Price:

GO VITA GRAFTON (store is called Go Vita, town is Grafton)

that is seriously all. its the health food shops own brand.

do you think there is any brand i could compare it to? like wouldnt any brand that was plain, unflavoured 12% whey have similar content?
