I was just curious as to the best time to exercise? Before or after you eat? Also, some excercises that will help tone and shrink my rear-end...the reason most jeans don't fit.

I think its best to exerciae before you eat. The exercise gets your metabolism up and it stays up for a while after you stop so whatever you do eat will be burned quicker. Oh and your meant to eat protein after you exercise to repair any tissue damage and build muscle. On the other hand, if you havent eaten for ages before you exercise, your gonna have less energy so you mightn't work as hard...

Regular exercise is also helpful in the prevention of one of the most common reasons for doctors office visits-- lower back pain. Special exercises for those with back pain are many times beneficial in reducing and/or eliminating lower back pain
