I decided to post this in the BED forum as I thought it might be a bit inconsiderate to post in the Ana forum, and because I know that many people in this forum are struggling with binge eating, here is something I got from a website that I filled out myself and it has REALLY got me motivated to quit the binging and start restricting again. I say restricting, but it can be used for anything, including motivating yourself to eat a healthy, balanced diet.

I plan to read this every single day. You fill in each sentence with your own reasons and I guarantee you'll be out of this binge cycle shortly.


I want to lose weight to look better SO THAT...
I can feel more confident about myself SO THAT...

Great post! Lol, however, I got really panicky and scared when writing all bad things :P that's what I call motivation :)
