fasting

I have tried fasting before but have never been able to stick to it because i get so many cravings and although i can control those, my family is a big issue. If I dont eat, my family gets nerous and i cave in. so i was wondering if there is a way i can continue to fast (juice fast usually) and not be well caught by them i guess..

im not sure b/c my family dont usually care if they dont see me eat plus im usually in my room all day and thats lucky i guess since i live with 11 people but u could maybe try chew and spit or make something in front of them and throw it away when there not looking..you could make something and take it to ur room and throw it away then walk past them with the dirty plate
