Yup yup! up and running, finally! I had the worst two weeks in a looong time, and then the forum went down!! Anyway, I got a lot done today, including meeting w my doctor, that felt great!!

This is the biggest downtime we ever had. It was something we couldn't come back up right away. It was power fluctuation, messed up operating systems files.

Anyways, it should be working now. There might be little down time here and there as i still have to change lots of settings... and update things.

We are going to move again from this backup server to actual(new) redundant server so there might be little downtime again in the future but once thats done it should be smooth sailing after that

May I suggest a blog to talk about downtime? Most forums have them as a temporary measure, it helps inform the users what's going on.

You can set one up pretty quickly on To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 1 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. and it doesn't have to be all about site downtime. Your piece of mind is that you're operating on a different server, so unless the internet mysteriously contracts a disease and dies, two servers should never be down at the same time.
