I don't know why, but when I listen to Avril Lavinge, I can feel I can relate to the verses even though their not about eating disorders....

Hey, well I'm not sure whether you want motivational songs, or just general songs about ED's but here are some I listen to when I'm a bit down and what ever:

But recovery wise/mood improving I LOVE this song:
