I'm bored, so let's list all the 100 calorie or less foods/meals we can!

(Other than 100 calorie snack packs, haha).

Mine (100 cals)

2 Quaker caramel rice cakes
1 c sugar-free applesauce (or 2 1/2 c. tubs)
1 reduced-sugar Quaker chocolate chip granola bar (the regular ones are 90 calories, wut?)
1 c. plain corn flakes
1 c. plain puffed rice
1 can Light Southwestern-style soup
1 can Light Italian-style soup
1/2 c. kidney beans
1/2 c edamame (soy beans)
1 cup canned peas & carrots
15 almonds
1/2 c. couscous
1/2 c. non-fat frozen yogurt
1 medium pear
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 packet plain instant oatmeal (or sugar-free apple cinnamon)
1 c. steamed broccoli
1 c. steamed asparagus
12 baby carrots (or so I'm told, I know about 8-10 = 35 cals)
15 large seedless grapes (Calorieking says 10 = 34 cals, so I'll say large..)
1 c. fresh raspberries
1 c. fresh blueberries
1 medium (7-8'') banana
13 plain animal crackers
4 milk chocolate Hershey's kisses (as if I could only eat 4, lol)
5 cups canned green beans

That's all I can think of...post away.

If I eat each one of those will I lose weight? That would be 2600 calories. Hmmm

Not sure, Jack. Depends on your current weight and BMR, I guess, but you could get a better answer from your doctor.

I know I wouldn't, haha.

I'm teasing you. =D

I've not allowed myself 2600 cal in a day since, I guess it's been about a year now.
