I really want to get down to ***edit***lbs (atleast) before i go back to uni in septemper, im currently ***edit***so need help to lose the weight!! Any suggestions on the best/quickest ways to lose it?

Lots of exercise. Small frequent meals. Drink lots of water.

I honestly am in the same predicament.
I've had on-off anorexia/bulimia for awhile but always ruin myself with binge eating disorder.

I had been down to a beautiful ***edit***. I never thought I'd become that again.

I also want to drop that before college starts up again... except I start the end of August. Will you be my diet buddy? I think the only way I can succeed is to have a few of them to share encouragement and accountability.

thats a tough one, I think most diets are up and down, I agree with the last most, exercise and lots of water do help, but you have to be patient.
