Okay so three days ago I was 249 lbs
Today I am 242 lbs thats really from not eating much, I just tend to forget
I need to lose as MUCH weight as possible for Sep 21s (Uni starts). Ideally I'd have liked to go from size 18 to a size 14 because a size 14 would be an ideal size to then start getting BACK to a 10 but not feeling so self concious starting university. If that makes sense?
I know crash dieting is supposed to ruin your metabolisim its just I HAVE to lose some weight before Uni or I will get even more depressed than I am now.
I am going to start exercising, I've got some overall muscle toning exercises and I am going to walk for an hour a day to start with. But I can;t do that for a week or two because I've hurt my back and Ican barely walk!
