Does anyone have any low-cal smoothie recipes? I'm liquid fasting right now, but I'm looking for something low in calories to attempt to semi-start my metabolism every morning.

Any suggestions? :)

i sure dooo, i like live off of smoothies :D
well for my low cal ones i would mainly just use frozen berries as the main ingrediant and then some ice and a blob of yogurt
but then for a more yummy/nutritous one i put in all types of differnt things like more fruit, milk, nuts, honey, juice, tea,
and i alway add wheat germ cause its full of protien

Hmmm you are in the USA so you can probably get Spirutein. It's about 100 cal/scoop (one scoop per smoothie... it's a big scoop!) and you can mix it with water, milk, juice, whatever and it has all kinds of protein and vitamins. I use it because I want to know that I am getting at least SOME nutrition into me.

Green smoothies are really good. To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 1 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. they have all the calories and some nutrients listed, so that's pretty helpfull if you don't want to do the math. They also have a really nice youtube channel.
