How fast to walk

Does anyone know a calculation to know how fast you walked? I need to know because I do loads of walking at work in the coffee shop but also I have to walk from my grans into town everyday for other reasons blahblah. I want to work out how fast I've done the 2 miles into town so I know what I've burnt

Maybe invest in a pedometer? They're pretty cheap.

Or estimate. I know that from my house to my aunt's is two miles, and it take half an hour to walk.
So I walk 4mph.

Yeah, you know how fast you walked by knowing how far you went and how long it took. What distance do you go and how long does it take?

Wow well I bought a really cheap pedometer and have been looking at what I do. Apparently I walk 6.2 miles getting to and back from work, as in walk to station then walk from station to work etc. And like 4 or 5 miles walking during the day at work!!!!

even just the 6 miles at my weight is about 800 cals
