I was just wondering because i heard somewhere that your body burns calories naturally throughout the day, i was just wondering if this was right? and if so, how many?

The amount you burn naturally depends on height, weight, age and gender. Here's a couple of calculators.

It says that I should be eating 1888 calories a day. Personally the daily values for a "2000 calorie diet" is too much.

Because myself as a male, 6 feet, that isn't that much. Though I only eat 1200 on a regular day.


So it just means to cut down my intake of food just a little more.

i never thought of a vitamin supliment. i will deffinitly get... do they have any calories??

I think most do, I take vitacraves, they're gummy vitamins that have like tons of vitamins in them, and they have 10 calories. not too bad for getting everything you need for a day.

I was lead to believe you burn 800 a day just being a wake. laying around the house and all that jazz.
then another 800 on top of that if your one of the those people that figget.
a simple leg and head movement to music while doing homework really dose make a difrents :o
