Okay, I know for a fact that this is not normal!

I'm only 14, so my hair should not be thinning, right? My hair used to be really thick, but it gets thinner and thinner everyday. Whenever I brush it after taking a shower, it comes out in large, disgusting heaps. I don't know what to do! Is there anyway to reverse it? Or at least stop it?

a healthy well rounded diet should help..you need your vitamins

I agree. One of the side effects of starvation is hair loss. If you are restricting calories or exercising a lot, try to bump up the calorie intake just a little and making sure the food consumed is good quality protein and complex carbs.

Also, taking a hair/nail/skin vitamin supplement might not hurt.
