I HATE my thighs. Hate them. They're jiggly and gross. I will admit that they are muscular though (I do field hockey and swimming). I need a workout that will get rid of the fat on my inner thigh cause that's where it is extremely loose and flabby. I really need some help with them. Whenever I look in the mirror I want to scream.
