i need help into tricking my best friend that im getting better
she expects the process to just happen over night
she forces me to eat all the tiem and anytime i go to her house she feeds me up
if i get away with saying i already ate , she hears my belly rummble and forces me to eat more
and i cant do this anymore
so i need help in making her think im getting better
helpppppppp
tell her no..just be honest
if she can't deal with your problem and doesn't want to be friends over it then that is her loss..she'll have to get used to it eventually, so like i said just be honest. i know she really just cares about you, but your friends shouldn't force you to eat, and if they try just don't let them

Drink 8-16 oz hot tea before going over to your friends house. It will fill you up enough that your stomach won't growl but won't add any calories.

well, just an idea.. not sure if it will work for you or not, but you could say something like you have a doctor's appointment coming up... then pretend to go to the doctor and then tell her that he has an eating plan for you that involves specific things so that you can handle gradually eating more and that you want to follow it exactly. Say that when someone tries to make you eat it makes you feel like you ate too much and makes you feel bad the next day. So basically if you follow the Doctor's advice you are gradually increasing in a way thats not supposed to be as drastic to you.. tell her you are taking care of the problem but you need to be allowed to just follow what the doctor suggests and anything else may get you off track and tell her you don't mean to be rude or anything but the more you talk about it the more you think about it and the more likely you are to have a hard time with the eating plan so its best for her to just know that you know you have a problem and that you are taking care of it and that you spoke to a doctor or counselor or nutritionist or whatever... if she is likely to tell someone else just say you are going to see someone but you don't want to tell anyone you are seeing anyone in case you fail at it you don't want to feel more guilty... make her think she is in on your secret attempt to talk to someone? I don't know. But maybe something like that anyway
