View Full Version : HELP: my 21st birthday party is 8 weeks away

ok so it's my 21st in 8 weeks. I'm panicking that i wont have lost enough weight.
So i need to up my gym intake.
if i do 1hour on the bikes and half an hour on a cross trainer, everyday until then, do you think that will be enough to shed the weight i want to lose?

I've lost 43lbs in the past 2 months, and i need to lose at least another 40lbs in 8 weeks.
I'm not eating any carbs, and only consuming low fat protein.
What do you think?

Assuming you keep at that pace, then you'd lose around exactly 40 more pounds in 8 weeks, since thats pretty much 2 months.

But, I believe it gets a little harder, but you said you're upping your gym workout. So I'm sure it will even out.

You may want to mix up what you do/increase it, after so long you'll body will become used to it and you won't find doing it as hard as when you first started,making it less effective, if that makes sense? I think I remember you posting a thread about the Dukan diet, is that what you've been following? Well done on losing so much! :]
