About 5 minutes then I pass out and when I wake up I can't remember what I was doing.
No but seriously.... I do pass out if I push myself too hard. The best I can do is walking. I will walk for at least an hour a day with or without fasting but hardcore arobic cardio is completely out on days when I'm fasting.
I should also mention what I consider a fast is a banana, can of meat, and lots of coffee. I never do a true fast with zero food. I think that's counter-productive.

I don't usually do any cardio. I'm a bit of a baby when it comes to exercise (I like to be really thin, but don't care too much about muscles), and I always have been. I loathe cardio, just loathe it. But I really like yoga and pilates, as they are low intensity but really tone my muscles. I can basically lie on the ground for an hour and still have burning, aching muscles when I finish :D. I'm really prone to fainting (as in several times a day when restricting heavily), though, so I suppose it might be wise for me to avoid cardio while water fasting.
Listen to your body while you're restricting so severely. Remember that fasting will result in weight loss even if you don't workout.
