Hey guys, I'm looking to lose alot of weight ASAP. Right now, Im down to about 200 cals a day, But im soo scared im gonna binge I just wanna make sure I'll beable to puke it out after.
I've tried to make myself throw up a couple of times but ive only made myself gag, Once i acually produced some vomit. I need ways to make it all come back up.


Tricks?




Where can I get Syrup of Ipecac?

Uh. Don't use syrup of ipecac. That can kill you the first time you use it.
Most hospitals, ERs and doctor's offices don't use it anymore because it is so bad for you.
Also, as far as the purging goes, don't do that, either. It gets addicting, and usually then after a while you'll start hating that even more than the binging you might be trying to counteract.
It's not fun, it's also dangerous for you.
We are not here to create new eating disorders. We are here for support.
Bottom line is, don't try to "give yourself" an eating disorder. Eating disorders=Hell.

YA i use to. stilll sometimes do but it messes up your teeth bad. i have a hole in mine now and i use to even brush my teeth after and it doesnt work. my teacher told us how she was bulimic for years and now her metabolism is ruined,she was a gymnist and ya she regrets being bulimic cuz now she cant loose weight at all. she is slightly overweight now and she said it wasnt worth it. i was bulimic for a while and didnt even loose much. and ya throwing it uo is useless i found out cuz when you are chewing your food all the calories your trying to prevent intaking gets absorbed nomatter what when it's in your saliva. so throwing it upi is useless cuz you just took in all the calories anyways.

I have been bulimic for up to 3 months aswell. Trying to get rid of it now. It doesnt help loosing weight, but it doesnt make u gain weight either. But its just terrible having to vommit all the time, and having to worry about every meal. And its horrible having to run to the toilet after every meal. Trying to gain control over it now. I just feel disgusting eating 5k kcals per day :P mainly cereal hehe. Im trying a long fast now. If i can control not eating, i might also be able to control eating normal again. And the fast will also serve as a nice detox. And loose me some pounds, even tho im not overweight ;P

Hey friend xoxox well I'll give you some GREAT advice..

I was a size 12 5'5.. so I was prop overweight.? then I envyed all the pretty girls coz I was a tomboy and lost weight to be a size 8. But I wasnt as OCD as I am now,coz I binged and than exsersized 3hours in the gym EVERY DAY.

Your tummy gets chornicforever bloating and NOBODY GIVES A DAMN. Ur fingers have cuts.. ARE YOU EMBARRASSED that everyone no's you use ur 2 fingers and need to ask for a plaster to show it. You start twiching coz your posstassium is down.. like an hand i cap
The worst thing is,when you eat something 5mins after ur mouth feels cotton mouth like VERY dehyrdrated but its constant! all the time... its the acid in ur mouth and bacteria reacting.. even mouthwash doesnt help... unless you spend 3 bottles a day. :(:o I was like you, kinda wanted attention but now I get angery and I throw up.. or if someone talks to me fast
so I eat faster and throw up after)

I am not skinny,im a healthy size and weight but I hope you feel better about urself.....
