starting today, i'll drink only water, maybe add some lemon & green tea.
i will fast for the next few days, we'll see how long i can go for. i'm guessing
two or three days.
then when i'm done fasting i'm going to do this ABC diet.
is anyone with me on this? i could use a buddy.
has anyone tried the abc diet? results?
i'm also going to workout everyday, no matter what.
i'm going to try and go to the gym. i'll do cardio- use the elliptical because it's my favorite cardio machine :P
& then i'll use to machines for abs, butt, thighs, ect.
if i can't make it to the gym then i'll do at home stuff, i have workout DVDS and yoga balls and stuff.
as for the abc diet, most of you know what it is,
