fess up what did you eat today? also did i eat too much?
i had about 3 apples, bit of cucumber, a banana, and mum made this really like pasta and silly me couldnt resist :( had about 15 pieces and yeah i think thats all i had.

That is a great day. Under 500 calories in that easy.
Since it is 11:20am, I have had nothing to eat today. I have had a couple of mouthfuls of diet lemonade though.

I have eaten two eggs and will probably have no lunch and a piece of fruit for dinner. My therapist said I should have one free day to eat what i wandted and that was yesterday. It was probably under a 1000 calories, but I am not to keep track of that day so I am not sure.

I just had a footlong subway. I am still under 800 calories for the day, but I am ridiculously full and feel really sick =( Eating nothing more for the rest of the day and tomorrow is going to be a fast.

So far I've had milk (120), cheese (60), 2 slices of bread (150) and some ketchup (15) for a total of 345 calories. Still have 455 available to stay under 800.

breakfast was a nonfat vanilla yogurt with 15 grapes and 2 tablespoons lowfat granola
my lunch was 18 unsalted mini pretzels and a 100 calorie bag of popcorn
my dinner is going to be a huge salad with lots of ingredients and light dressing
and my friend and i are going out for ice cream later tonight
my day will total around 1,000 calories. it's a little higher than i'd like but not THAT bad.

2 pieces of bread (210?) and a yogurt (85)
Fish Pie (400) and peas (80)
Diet cokes (4) and a tea (7)
Or, yeah and the sweets I was made to eat (200?)
I hate myself so much. That's 716 calories i didn't need. Gym tomorrow, yeees.

2 boiled eggs, only the white part, no yoke.
and a can of tuno.
so around 140 calories.
i feel fat though, a whole.. can of tuna..

yum! i havent seen DIET vanilla coke in my town, lucky! hahahah
i havent had anything yet today, its 2pm, yesterday i had basically an entire grocery store.
today i will probably have a salad and/or 35 cal yogurt or 5 cal jello. and depending on my junk food cravings (since im trying to get out of a binge purge cycle) one vitatop for 100 calories that im going to pick up later, i havent had those in forever!

I think you're doing fine for today. Mostly fruits and veggies, and under 500 cals easily. I am doing super well today so far. I had a caribou northern lite cooler (85 cals) and a few sips of juice (maybe 30 cals?), so I'm ok so far.

I had a hot chocolate (50 cals), a supplemental diet drink which was a big no-no but I was forced (215 cals arghhh), a yoghurt (90 cals), jello sugar free etc (10 cals), a small piece of white fish (80 cals) and a rice cracker (30 cals). Sounds like a total of 475 too many if you ask me! Would have been so much better without than 215 calorie hit, except I'm suffering from malnutrition apparently, although I'm still fat, and I guess someone thought I needed it.

I had two grapes, 100 cal of mac and cheese, 35 cal of chicken popcorn tender things, 100 cal of pork chops and 250 cal of veggies (thank you butter, urgh).
2 cups of soup (200 calories.)
Black coffee (? Uh.. 30 cals?)
Apple (130 cals)
& half a raw egg and carnation milk powder. ( 130?)

Tonight I'm eating at a restaurant, and it's okay. I'm on my period and I try not to worry about staying low caloried because I like to think my body is working really hard right now and I deserve it :D
Then when my cycle ends, I go back to restricting.

at 4:30 am i had a ramen(so ashamed)-12gf,300cals
20 mins ago for dinner:
a piece of bread-1.5gf,110cals
pasta-1gf,190cals
sauce-3.5gf,130cals
so my total is 18 grams of fat and 730 calories :(
I had a cornmeal tortilla(45) with salsa (10) and a Boca veggie dog (50), an apple (80), a cup of almond milk (60), black tea (0), soup (100), vitamins(15), and broccoli (120) for a total of around 480 calories.

Dinner: Mom's Baked Ziti-I threw most of it out (estimate 250-300)
Total: No more than 500
Today my mum wanted to spend time with me :( I had a salmon temaki for lunch... from the rice and salmon I'm assuming like 500 cal jfsofsofjson
Then a few grapes, 32 cals and an apple, I didn't check calories but I'm assuming at least 100 cals
so around 632 cal total... triple what I usually eat so I'm scared of the scale tomorrow :(

I can't believe I ate that stupid Frosty! A friend bought it for me as a "surprise" and I felt like I *had* to eat it, or I'd be rude... Now I feel so bloated and icky. :( I rarely eat anything with real milk, much less an ice cream milkshake, grrrrrrr.
I *was* planning on eating a veggie patty (70 calories) for dinner, but yeah, no dinner for me now... :(

One eight-grain whole wheat bagel, one jar of banana baby food and 3/4s of a brownie. :( That brownie is realy upsetting me.
today I've had lots of coffee with creamer, spice soup (mushroom boullion, turmeric, chilli, paprika) and a lime caramel. Going to have chickpeas, wine and some fish for dinner :)
