Ingrediants:
1/4 cup Squeeze Pizza sauce (30 calories)
3/4 cups water (0 calories)
4 saltines (48 calories)
1 slice fat-free cheese (30 calories)
Directions:
Measure out 1/4 cup squeeze-able pizza sauce, and put it in a bowl. Measure 3/4 cup water, pour in the bowl, and stir until blended. Microwave for 1:30 seconds. It sounds odd, but it tastes like pizza in soup form. Take out and set aside. Cut cheese slice into 4 even squares, place on crackers, and microwave on a small plate for 15-30 seconds so it's a little melty. Serve, and dip cheese crackers in the pizza sauce soup.
I came up with it the other night when I really wanted pizza, but I couldn't have any because if I do it ends in a b/p nightmare. I hope someone else enjoys it. =]
