I am 15 yrs old and currently weigh 125-126 lbs. My goal is to reach 110 lbs. I get teased about my weight by people and I hate feeling obest.
I walk everyday and sometimes jog. On daily basis, I just walk long distances.

There is no age requirements for healthy diet and excercise, although you look within a healthy weight range to me. You're so young, your body is still growing.

I agree with both posters above me.
This is not for quick weight loss. (Though, I agree with HoneyHeart and you look perfectly healthy) This is for people with eating disorders.

First off. I dont think u look chubby. U look like a healthy normal girl to me. Second. I dont think these would be the right forums for u either. This is a forum for people who suffer from eating disorders. U should just try to live healthy and exercise a bit. For example eat 3-6 small meals per day, and u should lose weight/maintain it in a healty manner.

300 kcal breakfast
50-150 kcal snack
300 kcal lunch
50-150 kcal snack
300-500 kcal dinner.
Thats what i would suggest.
You look to be at a normal weight, and by god whoever calls you fat are really rude and insecure about themselves.
I know "quick weight loss" seems like magic, but this is an eating disorder forum. You don't want an eating disorder, trust me.
Do you drink a lot of juce, non-diet soda, Starbucks drinks and milk? Don't. Try to stick to water. Liquid calories are killer.
Cut out junk food and ease yourself out of eating all the cookies, cakes, milkshakes, candies and goodies. They are calorie killers.
Eat lots of fiber, fruit, and vegetables. Eat lots of protein, and exercise regularly. You'll drop weight, and you won't be doing much.
