I struggle with a minimum of 500 cals a day so was wondering if I did something like the 2468 but with 500, 600, 700, 800 - woud this allow me to lose weight?? I really want to shed another 5lbs (taking baby steps) but am finding it hard not to binge....grrrr

Yes, you would definitely lose weight - it would just be fairly slow, and if you're just coming off heavier restricting you might see a slight weight gain in the first few days - stick with it though and don't panic cos you will start to lose. And losing weight slowly is the healthiest and most permanent way to lose it. Good luck!

If I did 400 500 600 700 would I lose weight faster then, it's just I am sooooo impatient, I have been the same weight for around 6 months now and need to shed more cos I am massive, grrrr I just get so angry with myself

Aw I know that feeling! Everyday I get so annoyed that I can't make it go faster. Some days I wish I could eat less than nothing! But that's the way it goes... and at least if you lose slowly it's much less likely to go straight back on if you binge or up your calories. 400 500 600 700 sounds pretty good, just give it a chance to start working and I'm sure you'll see steady results :) Good luck

True, sadly. Even if we had known that fact before our eating disorders, it probably wouldn't have stopped many of us from going down that path anyway.
