So, I was talking to this guy on facebook and he's kinda into me. I'm not sure how I feel about him. But we were talking about how no guys had showed interest in my until lately. And this is what we said:

Me: but i've also lost like 30 pounds - so maybe thats it
Steven: lol it prolly helps
Me: usually does

I know I shouldn't be mad because he doesn't know I have an eating disorder and that I lost the 30 pounds unhealthily or anything. But it was still like - oh..god...weight does matter to you. You know?

I would feel exactly like you do hun.
Because noticing that we're thinner, usually means they noticed when we were larger. Thats how our minds work usually.
These sort of comments would send my mind into a big crazy psycho swirl for a couple days, but I've learned to somewhat see the innocence out of it these days. Though it still bothers me, I have to remind myself that their view on weight and weight gain/loss isnt as extreme as ours.
I wouldnt worry too much about it, take a breath, take it in stride. You like him, he likes you. What else could he really say I guess? Like you said, he doesnt know that you're eating disordered, and how you lost the weight. The comment was innocent. But I completely relate with your reaction.
