Pretty much says it in the name ;p
Would be helpful if they were exercises which i could do in my room as well : ) although I do love the outdoors, it's just more convenient.

The 30 day shred says that a reverse crunch is good for toning your lower abs / getting rid of the pudgy bit at the bottom of your stomach.

My pilatesball is my favorite! You can do all kinds of good ab-workouts with it! I go on youtube and search for inspiration!

You have no idea how happy I was that I can kinda answer this question. I don't know about the love handles thing though...
However, for lowerabs --v

These are really good, as mentioned (I forgot they work lower abs but they do get really tiring.)
No rest sit ups:
I've heard these are good for lower abs and they can be really tiring as well. So first lie down with your knees bent and act like you're doing a sit up. (go up I suppose haha). don't go all the way down. This way there's no rest and you can do those in sets of 25. These kill me >.<
Stuff to do with a partner:
(SO I guess you can't do these for hours but they're really hard
Have one person stand up and the other lying down on their back hanging onto their ankles. The person lying down lifts their legs like they're trying to kick the person standing up in the stomach and then the person standing up pushes them down to the ground hard. Repeat for how many you want to do. If the person throws the legs to the side it works the obliques. I guess these are kinda like leg lifts so that might do the same.
Good luck! :) Hopefully this helped some

Most people think that stomach exercises like crunches and sit-ups are the only exercises needed to get rid of love handles. It is not entirely true, because such exercises do not result in effective fat burning. Cardio training is more effective at fat burning, but the best way is to do total body workouts like dumbbell swings and snatches, and suitable weight-lifting. These workouts allow your body to build lean muscle.
