Hi,
I'm mia but lately have been trying to move away from that... I have had mia tendencies since I was 15 (17 now) and last year I was mia and making myself sick 3 times a day... I recovered in January of this year with only the occassional relapse but ended up gaining over 20 pounds and am now absolutely disgusting... 5''7 and 176lbs. My entire family is obese, and I was overweight as a child, and when I was 13 I was obese at my highest weight of 198lbs.
I have completely relapsed now and have lost 6 pounds so far and my CG is to lose 14 pounds. However I'll still be massive so obviously I want to keep going and my ultimate goal for the moment is to get down to 114lbs. When I'm there I'll probably keeping going until I'm under 100.
I'm currently doing about an hour of intense cardio at the gym everyday (I stay until I've burnt all my calories that day), and do about two hours of walking aswell. I'm trying to increase my treadmill time at the gym, at the moment I'm doing 20 minutes at 10 k/h. I'm trying to stay at around 800 calories per day.
It would be great to have a buddy for support and encouragement, if anyone is willing? Just PM me and I'll give you my msn.
