View Full Version : What do you usually eat in one day?

I am usually at work for about 8-10 hours each day but all they have in the break room is junk foood (which I like to eat but it's harder when that's all there is and nothing healthier for me) I don't really know what to bring from home since we don't have alot of healthy foods or just food that plain wont pack on the calories (I live with my brother and thats all he buys) Just wondering what you eat and what might be a good idea to bring to work with me! Thanks so much!! :)

A cheap lunch that tastes good and won't do much damage is raw carrot sticks with some low fat hoummus... or just skip the hoummus and have some carrot sticks.
Hoummus is also good b/p food as it's real easy to bring back up

I always try to stick to an apple and 2 satsumas then i know i'm only having about 110 calories as its a nightmare being able to purge at work (echo-e toilets) but if you need more to keep you going then yeah i agree with carrot sticks...feels like your eating more cos it takes a while to crunch and munch through them.

I have one bowl of Kashi cereal with soymilk & a banana in the morning(only amounts to about 140 calories if you get the right kind of cereal.)
for lunch, a half ziplock bag full of grapes. (the small bag.)
dinner, either progresso light vegetable soup(100 calories in whole container.) which also is great for bringing it to work cause all you do is microwave
other alternative for dinner is one yam with splenda& a bit of water mushed up with it. it tastes great and is really healthy.
at the stage im at now i usually have just 1 meal a day and throw it up ..
which is like big dinner, pizza orsome stuff i really like, some soup with bred,lots of butter, cheese, and after that all the obvious stuff like ice cream, candy, cookies, chips and so on..

I now eat like three times a day and purge always after.
I "eat" food like ice-cream with chocolate cookies, soups, waffles, cereal, pizza, cakes, sandwiches, chocolate and so on. :p
Well today for example... a cheesburger and two chocolates... and 3 slices of white bread and pizza-bread... and some grapes.

Yesterday, I had tea, coffee, cereal, a salad, and a pop-tart. I only purged the salad and pop-tart (I'm proud of myself).
The pop-tart barely came up, though.

today... mushrooms, broccollii and cauliflower (all three i can eat without guilt) and some raisins. having dinner in an hour or two, either fat free noodles or a rye bread sandwhich :)

i only purged after the cheesecake though :)

Phallus is always great for me, don't know if its available in your countries though but its my favourite salty food and no calories ;)
