Sounds cute, but they're fucking hideous.

Anyone know a good exercise to get rid of them? Preferrably an exercise that you've had personal results with.

I am having the exact same problem. I actually hate my hips, they look bad when I'm standing, sitting or even laying down because they kind of "spread" under me :(

So yesss, can anyone help us?

It is a myth that you can spot train and reduce a target area like the muffin top. However, I have had good results with toning the oblique muscles. This tightens the muscle all along the side of the body from the hip to the shoulder and stretches everything tight. This will help reduce the appearance of the muffin top.

The obliques are the ab muscles on your sides. Simply lay on the floor on your back like you were going to do a regular crunch or curl but instead of going straight up, angle one shoulder toward the opposite leg and crunch the side muscles on the same side that your target leg is. (ie if you are meeting your left shoulder with the right leg, then as you twist, squeeze the obliques on the right side. Remember to do both sides equally.

Another exercise is to lay on you side with your bottom arm bent for stability and your top arm straight out. Then try to reach for your leg and squeeze the obliques.

Type in oblique exercises in google search and I'm sore more exercises will pop up.
