View Full Version : Leg and stomach exercises?

I hate my stomach and legs, especially my thighs, so if anyone has any good exercises they could refer me to, it'd be great!
There are a few specifics though:
- I don't have any equiptment, or money to get it, so equiptment free, please!

this probably isnt very helpful lol . . .but walk up and down your stairs for 10 minutes straight at a moderately quick pace i read on the internet do this 5 times a week and after 12 days u will notice big results . . . it does really work ur legs, when i can be bothered i do it a few times every few days nd squats for the legs :) sorri not alot of information xxx

squats
running
sit ups
wall push ups
wall pushes
crunched
the options are endless
