Okay well For starters Diet coke will burn ur neck, tastes like horrible sick.. not recommanded for un advanced.. in the morning is the worst time to vomit, since ur body is like "feed me" "ill grab anything and digest it quickly" ur pancreas is working its best and its the ONLY time you wont feel guilty of picking a bowl of cereal coz you can have ryvita for the rest of day...

So.. it takes 10secs for the food to reach, and ruffly 30mins to 1hour for the food to digest... but about 6hours to go away fully.

Worst foods to vomit made easy?:
-Drink water till ur uncomfortuble but every sip, every bite especially peanut butter and the crusts of toast(not recommanded to swallow)

-Chew hard cereal like cookie crisp till its liquid.

Drink ALOT OF WATER,CHEW Xtremly well for noodles! THe worst food to vomit and pasta.. so beware that you may try harder 2 and it wont be liquidized fully..

Thats some tips...

Nor me.....I find pasta easy to purg. Trouble is, its a purging 'trigger' for me, cuz its quite high in cals, and a carbohydrate. Yes, gallons of water is deffo key.
My fave binge/purge food is yogurt. I can eat pots and pots, and purging's a doddle.

Oh, and as for diet coke, its the best thing ever. Can easily go all day without food, so long as I have an endless supply.
Oh, and diet energy drinks too ....to keep me awake at work!

And, for motivation .....watching my colleagues, and everyone around me stuffing their faces!!!! ;) ....
Always makes me feel good.
