I'm not sure, whether this is right place for mine exercise diary or not..
(by the way, I'm confused: when should I say "mine" and when "my"?)
Is "adductor" correct term to be used, when I mean like inner tights? And what does "abductor" mean? Could it be the muscle on the opposite side of my leg?
What is the muscle, which gets active when lying on your side, legs straight. Now turn the upper legs toes towards the ceiling. Some near by my butt. ? (Sorry, I do try my best, spelling english is just difficult. And even more difficult, becouse I don't know nearly any terms! :p)
