I hate the mental health system, all they do is put me on loads of tablets and section me = D = ( I'd stay away, if i could do it over again i'd buy the tablets online instead and stay well away.

sorry to hear that, and thanks for replying.
I'd buy online but my problem is I have no credit card and can't get one until my mam and dad decide to change my account from a savings which I don't think will be soon -.-

Okay, first thing: Do NOT buy drugs online and play psychiatrist!!! You can get yourself into serious trouble!
Secondly, ya I think it's worth going to your Doc to discuss treatment options for your depression. Meds aren't everything, but they can really really help. They have been a lifesaver for me. Plus, just opening up a dialogue with a medical professional is great. Most docs are going to want to talk for a while anyway before discussing diff. options, whether medication is a good idea for you.
Good luck!

A word of advice- docs are there to help you, and to help you feel better. If you are in any way uncomfortable, or feeling invalidated, do change doctors/psychiatrists/psychologists. They are providing a service and you are the customer, you do have the ability to shop around/choose which people provide you with the most tools.
