Well here I am again, tired, lonely, depressed and feeling like complete crap. Everyday is just a fat day and I know in the end I will just be bigger than I am now so I thought I've already tried:
2468
900 cals and under
750 cals and under
No eating choc/crisps for a month

Some have worked but I need more than 200 cals a day so have decided I'm going to try the restriction diet - yeah I named it myself, basically you just have a set number of cals and restrict from certain foods, I've also decided that included in my diet will be days when I just eat one certain thing aka bread.

If anyone wants to join then feel free it would nice to have some support.

Name: Counting Ribs
Start date: 5th June 2009 - 13th June 2009
Duration: 9 days (I know it's a small start but that is how I want to begin, you know just easing myself into it.
Aim: Lose 3lbs (more would be a bonus)
Restriciting: 800 cals or less
No chocolate
No pizza
No biscuits

i ate pizza today and felt so sick so i dont ever want to eat it again

I'm in! :) I love restricting. I'm not a big fan of fasting because I always end up
binging and restricting for me makes it easier for me to keep everything secret, keeps metabolism up so I WILL loose weight. But I sometimes like to fast. :)
